One day, it came into my mind. However I don't really take it.
Another day.."be grateful" came into my mind again. And this time I take it and I write it down afterwards.
I have a book to writes down those sentences and words that cheers me up and pushing me to be move.
Diary too.
First I just want write down "thanks my mum for....and I grate to have you"

Just cant stop thinking this two words. Then I write down this two words on others page too.
Almost wanna to write down on every pages...laziness won.

Tell yourself one thing to be grateful on everyday. One day you will be really feel great!

Not to compare with others. This is what I've learn. Never ever compare yourself with others!
